个人简介:
李保奇,男,1992年09月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2020年12月,获华中农业大学农学博士学位。2021年01月至2023年10月,华中农业大学作物遗传改良全国重点实验室棉花遗传改良团队,博士后。2023年11月至今,广西大学农学院,副教授。
科研成果:
主要从事甘蔗抗非生物逆境机制解析工作。通过对甘蔗群体的高通量表型鉴定,结合群体测序数据,解析甘蔗响应干旱的遗传基础,构建甘蔗响应干旱的转录调控网络。筛选极端的抗旱甘蔗种质资源,结合多组学手段和功能验证,解析甘蔗响应干旱的分子机制。近五年参与在Nature Genetics、Plant Biotechnology Journal、New Phytologist、Journal of Experimental Botany、Crop Journal等高水平杂志上发表SCI论文10余篇。
