个人简介:
2001和2004年在山西农业大学和石河子大学果树学和植物学获学士和硕士学位,2007在兰州大学获博士学位,2011,2015年分别在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所和加州大学圣地亚哥分校做高级访问学者。目前兼任广西生物化学与分子生物学会理事。
科研成果:
主要从事木薯块根淀粉高效积累及逆境适应的分子机制,发现木薯块根中木质化水平的自然差异,且木质化水平和淀粉积累之间存在负相关关系,在整株水平上建立木薯块根淀粉高效积累的生物学模型,挖掘了木薯淀粉高效积累和逆境适应的关键候选基因。在玉米气孔发育、光周期调控、耐旱性等方面也进也取得了一些进展。发掘农用微生物在植物抗逆、土壤改良、饲用等农业领域的应用。近年来以第一作者和通讯作者(含并列)在Food Chem、Envion Exp Bot、Plant Soil、Planta、J Plant Growth Regul等国际权威杂志发表SCI论文10余篇。),以第一发明人获得国家授权发明专利5项。
